Refund policy

At SHOP JUST VIP, we stand behind the premium build and formulation of our catalog. We offer a transparent 14-day return window starting from the specific calendar date your parcel registers as successfully delivered.

Return Conditions:
To remain eligible for an official evaluation, your items must be entirely unused, safely enclosed within their original manufacturer packaging structures, and in the exact condition you received them. Due to health and sanitation standards, cosmetics from our Self-Care & Glow collection cannot be returned once their security seals have been broken or altered.

Initiating a Return:
1. Please contact our support matrix via hello@shopjustvip.com with your original receipt data and order identification number.
2. Our team will issue a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) sheet along with explicit return address routing directions.
3. Customers are responsible for securing tracked return transit shipping labels back to our central warehouse terminal located at: SHOP JUST VIP Warehouse, Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Refund Framework:
Once your package arrives and passes physical review compliance, we will notify you via email regarding the approval state of your claim. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original source credit card framework or connected payment network profile within 5 to 7 operational banking days.
